Warranty and quality
In accordance with H.G. 394/1995, H.G. 786/1996 and H.G. 168/1997 regarding liability for the quality of delivered products, our company guarantees the quality of the delivered parts according to the manufacturers' specifications.
The warranty period is established by the manufacturer. Products that show material or manufacturing defects during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge with new ones within a maximum of 30 days from the date of notification.
The parts that are the subject of a warranty claim will be accompanied by the following documents:
-purchase invoice, or receipt and warranty certificate
-proof of installation in an authorized service (work estimate containing the type of work, invoice for the provision of services)
- Detailed description of the defect found, drawn up by the service with data regarding the finding of the deficiency in operation;
-copy of the registration certificate or identity card of the car on which the part was installed
The consumer has the right to: presentation, information, compensation.
The warranty contract does not cover the following:
-the parts were not installed in a specialized service (authorized by R.A.R)
-the parts show signs of bumps, scratches, bends or action of external factors
-the parts show normal wear for the period of operation of the part
-the parts fail following improper installation
-the failure is caused by the lack of timely or periodic checks
-the part was installed in an assembly with other defective or modified parts
-the part shows deficiencies due to a traffic accident or other nature (thermal, electrical, mechanical shocks)
-wear parts whose longevity depends on the time of use of the vehicle.
- damage in the event of an accident or incidents caused by external factors (atmospheric, chemical, etc.)
Parts with damaged packaging (torn, written on, dirty), without packaging or incomplete and that have exceeded 30 days from the date of purchase are not accepted for return.
ÎIn order to replace, the buyer will send or bring the product to the following address: Pantelimon City, Sf. Gheorghe Street no. 20, Ilfov County, Production Hall no. 14-Building 14G, Postal Code: 077145. The product will be sent in packaging that ensures its safety during transport. The service provider declines responsibility in the event that the products have suffered damage during transport due to improper packaging.
In the case of products sent under warranty, the return transport will be borne by the customer.

We declare on our own responsibility that the products sold by our company meet all the conditions and standards for marketing in the European Union. Regulation 1223/2009 and hg 147/2009.
