This hydraulic seal has an operating temperature range of -30°C to +120°C.
Shore A hardness of 90. In static applications, you use this O-ring at a pressure of 70 bars or higher. We advise you to purchase additional back-up rings to prevent seal extrusion.
Are you going to use this O-ring in a slow, dynamic application with a pressure of 50 bars or higher? If so, you are advised to use back-up rings.
Nitrile rubber is suitable for most applications involving greases and oils. It is not resistant to UV radiation or ozone. Furthermore, it does not tolerate some organic oils or greases well, and should not be used for high-temperature applications. In such cases, an FKM, FFKM or HNBR O-ring is a better choice (depending on the application).
