This O-ring has an operating temperature range of -30°C to +120°C.
Shore A hardness of 70. As a result, this O-ring is suitable for applications with a pressure of up to 80 bars.
Do you have a slow, dynamic application with a pressure of 50 bars or higher? If so, we recommend using back-up rings in addition to an O-ring.
Nitrile rubber is suitable for most applications that involve oils and greases. It is not resistant to UV radiation or ozone. Furthermore, it does not tolerate some organic oils or greases well, and should not be used for high-temperature applications. In such cases, FKM or Silicone O-ring is a better choice (depending on the application).
