WED TYPE DOUBLE ACTING WIPER
The WED bi-directional scraper has a combined
profile with a scraper and a seal, where the seal
presents a scraping lip on the outside and a
sealing lip on the inside.
The dimensions are interchangeable with standard
scraper housings.
The scraping lip is very flexible and it compensates
misalignments of the rod. The sealing side has
a stronger and longer lip to ensure the sealing
performance and to help the oil film remaining on
the rod to go back into the cylinder.
Speed: < 0.8 m/s
Temperature: from – 35° C to + 100 ° C with peaks
up to 110° C.
Fluids: atmospheric factors, water at
temperature below 60° C, mineral oils
