WDA TYPE DOUBLE ACTING WIPER
The WDA bi-directional wiper presents a rounded
geometry in the static part to support oil venting
in the event of micro-leakages. It is designed to
be an effective secondary seal at low pressure.
The dynamic lips have, on the outside part, a
strong wiping lip with a small radius, blocking
external impurities when in contact with the rod.
At the same time, it makes the oil film return
easier, preventing it from remaining on the rod.
In the inner part the cutting edge lip works in
conjunction with the main seal.
Speed: < 0.8 m/s
Temperature: from – 35° C to + 100 ° C with peaks
up to 110° C.
Fluids: atmospheric factors, water at
temperature below 60° C, mineral oils
